I just went to a 3D doctor type person a couple days ago and they said this is okay but that’s off and this is off so we’re gonna need to eventually take this out and mess with this and mess with that. I said, “NO WAY” (for the present moment, at least).
So many things about so-called “health science” is not health-full at all. It’s usually something like, “Well, this is a problem, therefore we should a) fill it in, b) cut it out, c) pull it out, d) give you pharmaceutical(s) A B C & D, e) stick a needle in you and vaccinate you, f) put you in a treatment program and blast the problem with x-rays, gamma rays, chemicals, doctors, nurses, and (guaranteed) NOT-GMO-free food.
That’s a rant.
(and I’m not 100% opposed to western type science methods because they can be part of the solution).
Now the other rant I’ll add here is, “The human body is capable of healing anything. The human mind, when directed with positive intent, is capable of healing anything.” And yes nutritional changes might be a part of it. But generally western type medicine is not about healing a condition, it’s about “managing it” (often with significant $$ input from the patient).
In the end, my philosophy is, “Like it or not… I’m Going to Enjoy my 3D body and ALL this 3D Stuff.”
So at this current time, I am going to continue to enjoy my mostly organic, mostly raw, mostly home grown, greens, fruits, vegetables, etc., etc., etc. And I am going to continue to enjoy my coffee and teas, and the variations on that coffee and teas, and I am going to continue to enjoy my mocha, and the variations on that mocha, and I am going to continue to enjoy my occasional quinoa, rice, yogurt, cheese, etc., etc., etc.
Also I’m going to be kind to myself (and my Self) by keeping it simple, and not burdening my self with ideas like, “I’ve got to avoid this, or that, every moment of every day”, or “It’s got to be 100% organic and perfect nutrition, every moment of every day”, and so on.
I am enJOYing my life, no matter what “the outer” presents to me.
Anyway, I felt this was to be “put out there”. And I started to write this on the 12th, so that’s why the date is 4-12-18.
