[Kp note: I found it enthralling to view the first 9 minutes which have beautiful views of Moscow, and the venue, Kremlin’s St. George Hall. Wow! Putin comes in at about 9:20.]
[Galactic Connection] note: Please observe the prominence of the central image on the flag to the right of Putin: St. George Killing The Dragon. This is cropped to be centered in the media presentation and in the folds of the flag and obscures the double-headed imperial eagle surrounding it.
Putin’s most important foreign policy comments come only in the last ten minutes of the speech; around 1:15:00 he begins to speak of relations with the US.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is delivering his annual address to the Federal Assembly of Russia in Moscow. Both houses of the Russian Parliament, members of the government, as well as other officials and public figures have gathered at the Kremlin’s St. George Hall for the event. The president’s annual address has become a tradition after Boris Yeltsin first held it in 1994.
