The screen shot at left shows what this video points out. It was taken off of Weather.gov Great Lakes radar at 5:29 UTC, 5/1/11 (12:29 AM CDT), or about 15 minutes ago.
I found this article on Steve’s site. I have never seen this type of pattern on a weather radar. I do not know whether this pattern is a relatively new phenomenon, or if it has been seen before. But I did find this 6 minute video absolutely fascinating.
I do not necessarily agree that, as Steve says, “Rogue elements of the American government are attacking their own fellow-citizens”. I would surmise that most in the US government know little about this. However, there are definitely “rogue elements” out there. There does appear to be a covert “war” going on, and that weather manipulation is likely one weapon being used in that “war”.
I want to quote Steve here, though, as this is clearly being brought up strongly for us to look at right now.
Rogue elements of the American government are attacking their own fellow-citizens. A total of 337 people have been murdered so far. You saw how close Starseed came to being killed. Just sit there for a moment and let it in. And this man is doing the research that says so.
Now Dutch has done his job. He’s published the proof that weather-control technology is causing the storms and the deaths resulting from them. I don’t know how much clearer he can be.
The next step is that someone needs to take this information and do something with it. Court injunction, FOIA request to the National Weather Service, write a series on it for the mainstream media if they would publish it, which may be doubtful.
Share this with as many as you feel who might be able use it, right now. Especially if they live in these areas: Midwest, Mid South, Southeast US. Or go to Weather.gov radar and check out your own region. If you see the circles, perhaps your area may be in for stronger weather than normal.
Also remember that many of these “disaster” scenarios are being moderated by our Galactic companions. Whether this leads to something, we shall wait and see.

My ex and I (long–and wild–story) have recently moved to northwestern Indiana and our new apartment has a western view. Earlier this month, starting around the time of the last mass coronal ejection, we witnessed some amazing chemtrail activity. I mean, wow, really spectacular stuff like you would find on youtube. We were sprayed so heavy over the weeks leading up to both of the tornado tragedies that we would not go outside unless absolutely necessary. The clouds looked liked silvery-gray sludge by the end of the day–amazing how some jet contrails can fan out and do that if you watch them long enough.
Well, I have noticed something else that chills me to the bone: hole-punch clouds to our immediate west many miles off over the Gary, Indiana international airport. (It’s GYY on the radar map…and were in Bremen.) Both times I have noticed them there was severe weather. (Also a lot of big–I mean HUGE–rectangular clouds coming from that direction, too.) They also happened just before the tornadoes that hit south of here. The only problem is that Gary is too far to the west for me to get some good photos–by the time they drift here parts of the circle will have begun to become irregular.
Finally, and this is downright frosty, we can see activity like striated haarp clouds–you know the ones that look like little pieces of venetian blinds?–and constant chemtrail activity in the Wabash fault line area to the southeast. Constant. If you continue in that direction you come to New Madrid fault line.
I’m beginning to see why I moved here: to ground light and love. And to help if more tragedies are unleashed on us.
